The five questions
- Do your teams agree on how an order moves from enquiry to cash?
- Are your item, customer and supplier masters clean?
- Who will own the system after go-live?
- Which three reports must the ERP produce on day one?
- Can you run old and new systems side by side for a month?
If two or more answers are unclear, start with a process review. It costs a fraction of a failed rollout.
